2012 : at worlds' end

The Apocalypse                                                            Will it be the end of everything? Or will it be the dawning of the age of Aquarius? No one really knows. One thing's for sure, though. December 21st of the year 2012 is the day time as we know it will end. The Maya's had an extremely complicated method of keeping track of time, based on three separate calendars. The most important, most encompassing of these calendars holds the `Long Count': the period from the beginning until the end of time. And on December 21st 2012, the Long Coun...

BATMAN ARKHAM CITY : This Ain't No Place for a Hero

The story The story of the game written by veteran batman writer and Harley quiz creator Paul dini is perhaps the most remarkable thing about the game it utilizes almost every single element of the batman mythos and still manages to tell intriguing emotional story. LIMBO : THE BLACK AND WHITE GAME FOR VIBRANT BRAINS

LIMBO:THE EDGE OF THE HELL Videogames are an art form made up of visuals, sound, and a mysterious little something we call gameplay.  Limbo  is the perfect example of these three crafts working together in harmony to create something astounding. With no text, no dialogue, and no explanation, it manages to communicate circumstance and causality to the player more simply than most games. This 2D puzzle platformer in a film noir style is one of the best games you'll play this year on any platform.  LIMBO tells the timeless tale of a boy trying to find his lost sister, only with more decapitations, brain-eating slugs, gigantic spiders and hair-trigger traps than you can shake a severed limb at. You control a young boy who wakes up in a forest with no indication of who you are, how you got there, or where you're going. You set out to explore this bizarre environment but soon find it to be a dangerous place, at which point your motivation becomes clear: ...
