This is my first post from ahemdabad, during my ILP period. today we completed two days in TCS. so now i can proudly say that i too am a TCSer! we reached here on 25th october. the infocity is located in gandhinagar, and is about a 45 minute drive from ahemdabad railway station. this post now contains two parts: information about infoc ity, and information about my experience in TCS ILP. Infocity: there are various kinds of buildings here, including residential, commercial offices and shops. residential buildings are of studio apartments, flats and bungalows. commercial offices are located in various towers. some of the towers are still under construction. Life @ TCS This is an article by  Aneh Valecha  &  TCSer Around 17k for those getting accommodation n around 19k for those not getting accommodation is what TCS is paying in ILP...N after ILP variable pay component of 5k will be included...Max 24k... 16 day earned leave, 7 casual leave, 10 day sick leave for TCS employee in a year...That too max leave of continuous 5 day is allowed in per quarter.. I.E 3 months... Loan up to 30k for house rent surety agreement i.E pagadi is given by TCS for zero percent interest...But should be paid within a year....And this is the only loan.. No other loan.. For girls going in TCS is dream coming true...Some of the advantages are...Four months leave in pregnancy period.. Come late and leave early plan..
